The closure of Nintendo Power was announced back in August, and now a magazine that's been around for decades has released its final issue. No doubt Nintendo Power influenced many of us greatly, whether simply to buy this game or that, or to pursue a career in games writing. Either way, it's sad to see it go.
But the cover of the final issue is a triumphant celebration of nostalgia, something we gamers obviously value highly. Kotaku points out that the new cover was done by Leslie Levings.
