According to reports, a substitute teacher has admitted that she has become pregnant by her 14-year-old lover. 36-year-old Amanda Sotelo, who is married and has two children of her own, claims that she loves the boy and that he loves her in return. Sotelo was allegedly introduced to the boy when her 14-year-old daughter brought him home. She was arrested last week when the boy's mother went to police in Bexar County, TX.
The boy admitted that he's been having sex weekly with Sotelo since July. Sotelo worked as a substitute teacher at several schools in the area, and during a trip to the emergency room in September, she discovered that she was pregnant.
She was jailed last Thursday, and is being held on $75,000 bond.
