After two years of dating, Shia LaBeouf has bailed on his relationship with Karolyn Pho. He's reportedly already moved on to 19-year-old Mia Goth, who he co-stars with in Nymphomaniac, an upcoming film from director Lars von Trier.
"They’ve kept their relationship under wraps," says a source. "But they pretty much started dating after he broke off things with Karolyn a few months ago."
The pair were spotted making a coffee run in LA the day before Thanksgiving.
"He got to know Mia on set and quickly became enamored of her,”says the source. “They have similar interests, they love alternative music, thrift stores and she is edgy and funny, which Shia loves.”
As for what drove LaBeouf and Pho apart, Nymphomaniac had a lot to do with it. The film required Shia to have real sexual intercourse on camera.
"They’ve been on the rocks ever since Shia agreed to star in Nymphomaniac,” another source revealed back in August. “Karolyn doesn’t want him having sex with somebody else – simple."
Pho inadvertently contributed to Shia's involvement in the film, though.
"I sent [Lars von Trier] videotapes of me and my girlfriend having sex," LaBeouf told Chelsea Handler. "And that's how I got the job."
