This guy wasn't about to let the cops shoot first. A man was arrested in Seattle, WA on Wednesday for furiously masturbating in an alley. Police caught the 35-year-old abusing himself, and he refused to stop as they approached, telling them that he was "almost finished." Police eventually yanked the man away from himself and off to jail, where he was charged with indecent exposure.
Earlier that day, police were alerted that the man had been grabbing and yelling at people while patrolling the neighborhood. Apparently he has a history of public masturbation, so even though he was off the streets briefly, he'll be back.
