If you've seen Half Baked, you understand why this is both hilarious and a little sad. 41-year-old Francis Kelly of Glasgow, Ireland, was charged with breach of the peace back in September for feeding police horses, despite being told not to. Police documents state that Kelly behaved in a "threatening or abusive manner" when police asked him not to feed the horses.
Kelly denies all of this, saying that he just thought the horses looked hungry. He'll be explaining it all to a judge at Glasgow's Justice of the Peace court in February.
