39-year-old Sean Mass was arrested by police in Newark, DE after being caught sneaking into the home of a 21-year-old University of Delaware student. The Wilmington native then made his way to the woman's bedroom where he stole clothing and lingerie. After leaving the home, Mass was spotted by police, who noticed the lingerie hanging from his waistband as they approached him. That's when he did the smart thing and took off running.
After pursuing, the officer deployed his Taser, striking Mass in the back. Mass suffered cuts to his head and face, and a broken tooth after face-planting on asphalt. He was taken to Christiana Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and then handed over to police once again.
