Mother and Grandmother Arrested for Trying to Develop Photos of Children Smoking

Two women were arrested in Kentucky are turning in negatives to be developed of children—ages one and four—smoking marijuana. The mother to the two, Tracy Hensley, and grandmother, 51-year-old Beth Ann Hensley, were both arrested. The film was taken to be developed at a business in Hyden, KY, and employees were shocked to discover the photos of small children with joints in hand, or grasping at buds of marijuana.

Employees contacted the sheriff's office, and the photos were confiscated as evidence. When deputies arrived at the Hensley's home with child services, they reportedly found two dozen marijuana plants and a bag containing an unspecified amount of marijuana. 

Beth Ann Hensley was charged with trafficking, possession, and cultivation of marijuana. Tracy Hensley was charged with unlawful transaction and child endangerment. Five children between the ages of one and seven were removed from the home. More arrests are expected in the wake.
