A man was arrested on a Spirit Airlines flight travelling from LaGuardia Airport to Fort Lauderdale after allegedly refusing to turn off his cell phone and making threats. According to MyFoxNY: "The Port Authority says the person was removed from the plane after making a remark to another passenger that was perceived as a threat."

Spirit Airlines says that the man would not turn off his phone when asked, and threatened the crew. The man, described as a 30-year-old from upstate New York, was charged with filing a false report and making a terroristic threat. The flight was delayed, pissing off the remaining passengers and crew.
