Light gun peripherals are nothing new. We chocked up plenty of kills on Duck Hunt before we had to hang up our zapper.
Lucky for us the MAG II is neither a light gun, nor a vintage relic. The controller for PC and PlayStation 3 uses gyroscopes, motion sensors, and something impressive sounding, induction movement tracking to control in-game action.
We don't know what that is but consider us impressed. What we do know is that the MAG II is $149.99. Ooof. The controller promises to be instantly compatible right out of the box, but that price tag doens't sound compatible with our wallets. GameStop and Amazon are both carrying the MAG II is you're so inclined.
