Not even a natural disaster will stop people from being evil. The video below shows a man in Crown Heights being beaten and robbed, just as Hurricane Sandy struck on Monday evening. The attack takes place on the corner of Albany Avenue and Presidential Street, and not even the violent winds stopped the assailants from assaulting the man.
They took the man's wallet and phone, and even "sadistically" stepped on the unconscious man's head.
