On the heels of the news that Jennifer Garner would be joining the cast of the upcoming Matthew McConaughey-starring drama The Dallas Buyers Club, Deadline is reporting that Jared Leto is set to appear in the film - which follows a man who, after being diagnosed with AIDs, begins to smuggle medicine into the country for himself and others - as well. The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman will portray a cross-dressing AIDs patient who meets McConaughey's character, Ron, at the hospital.
The Dallas Buyers Club is set to begin production in New Orleans next week.
