BDSM is about to be formally recognized as part of the "Harvard way." A student group that's held covert meetings regarding bondage and discipline will receive the official stamp of approval from the Harvard University Committee on Student LifeHarvard College Munch has somewhere around 30 active members who spoke about their fetishes, which range from rape fantasies to force feeding, in a piece published by The Crimson earlier this year.

After being forced to conduct meetings in secrecy, university approval will make members eligible for DAPA food grants and can recruit through public announcements. This is a huge step for both the university and the BDSM community. Now, the Harvard elite can share their unusual sexual interests out in the open.

Liberation—that's the Harvard way.
