The experience of living in space has been shared by such a small number of people over the course of history that it's still hard for the rest of us to wrap our minds around. What's it like to never have the sensation of balancing or being upside down? How do you sleep? How do you get exercise? What happens to your hair?

In the above video, shared by NASA yesterday, departing International Space Station commander Sunita Williams answers all those questions and many more during a guided tour of the orbiting outpost 205 miles above the Earth.

"I haven't sat down in six months now," she says at one point, casually. These are unreal times we live in.
