A Florida teacher faces a felony sexual assault charge after her husband used the GPS function on her phone to track her down and found her having sex with a 16-year-old exchange student. 38-year-old Amie Neely was arrested early Sunday morning in Port St. Lucie, FL. The boy was one of two exchange students living with the family.

It's unclear whether or not Neely, who teaches at Community Christian Academy, ever taught the boy. He told police that he drove Neely to a spot near St. Lucie West Centennial High School, where they climbed in the backseat and began having sex. That's when her suspicious husband popped up and discovered them.

Neely said a "mid-life crisis" was her motivation, and said that the boy kept asking for sex, so she figured giving him what he wanted would silence him. The boy told police that he and Neely had had sex several times, including inside of her home.

Community Christian Academy says they are cooperating with police, and Neely was released on $15,000 bail.
