45-year-old Michael Dunn has been arrested for allegedly shooting 17-year-old Jordan Davis to death following an argument over the volume of the music coming from the vehicle that Davis and his friends were riding in. Friday night, Dunn and Davis crossed paths at a Jacksonville gas station after Davis and his four friends had just left a local mall. 

There are few details at the moment, but Dunn allegedly pulled out his weapon and fired several times into the SUV carrying the teens. Davis was struck, and later pronounced dead at hospital. Dunn, who is the  President of Software Development of Dunn & Dunn Systems Inc., was arrested at his Satellite Beach home on Saturday morning and charged with murder and attempted murder.
