A 17-year-old was arrested last night after attempting to scare his friends by wearing a Joker mask at a Colorado movie theater. Though he wasn't armed and didn't threaten anyone, the teen still managed to terrify moviegoers at the Century Boulder Theater. Considering what happened in Aurora, CO over the summer, calling his judgement poor would be a gross understatement.

Police say the teen had a clown costume in his bag, and admitted that he was trying to scare his friends. He also admitted that he was aware of the shooting in Aurora that left 12 people dead and 58 wounded. The unidentified teen, a part-time student at the University of Colorado, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor menacing after some people in the theater said they were afraid for their lives.
