Most would agree that it's a crime to ruin Christmas for children, but apparently it's really a crime to tell kids that there in no Santa Claus in Canada. A 24-year-old man was arrested during the Santa Claus Parade in Kingston, Ontario, after allegedly arriving wasted and telling children that Santa Claus isn't real. Police were able to identify the man easily by his hairstyle, which was arranged to look like horns were sprouting from his head. How fitting.

He was officially charged with causing a disturbance by being drunk, breach of probation, and public intoxication.
