Don't mess with Amanda Bynes.
The retired actress was the subject of an In Touch Weekly story this week that alleged she sauntered around a New York City tanning salon completely nude, except for a pair of goggles.
"[She] didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked," said a witness.
Bynes claims the story is completely bogus and she's taking legal action against the publication.
"I'm suing In Touch for printing a fake story," she says. "I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."
We'll try.
