Snow hit New York last month, and nobody noticed. That's because the NYPD seized over 100 pounds of coke worth $5 million from the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square. Fernando Alarado was arrested after placing a suitcase holding 30 pounds worth of cocaine into the trunk of a BMW as Luis Cuevas-Muniz placed 8 pounds of cocaine into a livery cab, then went back inside to get a second bag containing 66 pounds of that white.

State police brought over two nearby NYPD officers to arrest Cuevas-Muniz in the hotel lobby, and the driver of the cab was apprehended a few blocks away. Two other suspects were arrested inside of the hotel, but a third managed to escape into the Times Square mass of people.
