Bobbi Kristina is only 19-years-old, which is more than enough reason for the trustees of her late mother Whitney Houston's estate to think that she's not exactly mature enough to handle the money that is being providing for her.

They think she's got some questionable characters with questionable intentions around her and have filed legal documents requesting that the payment schedule of the money be changed.

"[Bobbi Kristina] is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent's resources and celebrity," Whitney's mother Cissy states in documents filed with the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.

The way things are structured now with the estate, it seems like if things got out of control— and the trustees think that's a possibility— Bobbi Kristina could wind up blowing all her mother's money.

"Compliance with the provisions of the trust would defeat or substantially impair the accomplishment of the purposes of the trust, which were to provide for the proper maintenance and comfort of the respondent, and to prevent the wasting of trust assets, as evidenced by the trust's spend thrift provision," the documents state.

Bobbi Kristina is the sole beneficiary of the estate.
