The 50th annual Puerto Rican Day Parade went down in Philadelphia this past weekend, and this video shows a police officer in a white shirt assaulting a woman who sprayed a little bit of silly string near him. The video was recorded by Gisela Valentin, who says that the cop was responding to water being thrown on them by another person, and slapped the life out of the young woman with the silly string after thinking it was her.
Regardless, the officer did not need to lay into her like that. You can see her head jerk back violently, and blood leaking from her mouth as she's led away.
