The noPhoto Device Blocks Out Red Light Cameras (Video)

Fight the power.

None

Have you been caught by a red light camera? After (hopefully) paying off your ticket, have you sworn to fight the system next time? There may be a solution to your agenda. Developed by Jonathan Dandrow, the noPhoto supposedly prevents red light cameras from taking usable pictures of a motorist's plate. While there are some notions that the invention could be illegal, there have been legitimate complaints about red light cameras simply being a cash cow initiative. In addition, Dandrow claims that he doesn't want to encourage lawbreaking, but "merely wants to help drivers stand a chance against money-hungry municipalities."

At $350, the noPhoto isn't cheap, but depending on your feelings towards red light cameras, this may be a worthwhile investment.
