27-year-old John Webster, a gym teacher at PS 330 in Queens, NY claims that he was on the brutal end of a beatdown—courtesy of a kindergartner. Webster, who is 5'10" 220 pounds and played football in college, says that last year, a temper tantrum by then-6-year-old Rodrigo Carpio left him with a fractured ankle, injured knee and a ton of embarrassment. Carpio was 4'2" and 50 pounds at the time, and Webster told the Post"[Rodrigo] looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns."

Webster alleges that Carpio snapped after being taken to lunch with his classmates, striking another teacher, a security guard and the school principal. An incident report filed that day states that Carpio kicked Webster in the knee and ankle. Webster says he has to wear braces on both his ankle and knee, and that doctors have advised him to stay away from work due to his physical and emotional states.

Webster plans to sue the city, and Carpio (now in first grade) is back at school and on medication. Kids are wild these days, but Webster is probably more ashamed he got his ass kicked by a little kid then anything.
