The first of three planned presidential debates and one vice presidential debate goes down this Wednesday night and YouTube has you covered. For those digital savvy folks with out access to a TV, the Google-owned video streamer will have live coverage of all four debates in addition to commentary from a variety of news partners.

The coverage will be hosted on YouTube's Politics channel and begins at 9:00 PM ET Oct. 3. Before, during and after the debate, live video commentary will be provided by partner channels including The New York Times, ABC News, Al Jazeera English, BuzzFeed and The Wall Street Journal.

This is the first time a presidential debate has streamed live on YouTube. After the political showdown has ended, the entire debate will remain available for streaming at Youtube.com/politics.
