The Philadelphia police officer who was caught on tape punching Aida Guzman at the Puerto Rican Day Parade last week has been suspended by for 30 days, and will probably end up getting fired. So much for the Fraternal Order of Police sticking by him to "the end." Lt. Jonathan Josey was issued a suspension by "Direct Action" from Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey, which is a 30 day suspension with the "intent to dismiss."

Through her attorney, Guzman said she isn't trying to get Josey fired, she only wants an official apology. Initially, Guzman was charged with disorderly conduct, but those charges were dropped on Wednesday.
