Three people died after a parking garage on Miami-Dade College's west campus collapsed yesterday. One was pinned inside a vehicle, and rescue workers had to amputate both of his legs to free him from the wreckage. According to NBC Miami, there were tons of debris that would have to have been removed to free the man.

A total of nine people were injured at the scene, and roughly 96 rescue units and 300 personnel were on hand to deal with the wreckage. Part of the five-story garage fell around 11:40 a.m. yesterday in what was described as a "pancake-style collapse." Watch the shocking video below.
