Police in New York ruined Halloween for potheads in New York by seizing 640 marijuana lollipops in a Buffalo drug raid. The weed candy came from California (where medical marijuana is legal), and was obtained under claims that they were for medicinal purposes. However, medical marijuana is illegal in New York. According to the Buffalo News, police raided a party and discovered several "extremely high" University of Buffalo Students.

In addition to 640 Jolly Lolly medical marijuana suckers, they also found cocaine, regular marijuana and $13,000 in cash. 26-year-old Alexander Zito was arrested on felony drug charges.
