There's definitely an upside to having creative control over your own television show.
Ask Mindy Kaling, whose showThe Mindy Project finding her locking lips with a few handsome men.
"By design I've been kissing lots of good-looking guys on my show," says the 33-year-old.
And it's not like she's just leaning in and letting her mouth go wild. She actually prepares for this stuff.
"When I kiss someone on camera, it's more than a breath mint," she said. "I do the whole teeth-brushing thing. I want to give 100 percent."
