When Skyfall finally hits theaters in two weeks in the States, it will have been four years since we’ve seen James Bond in a new movie on the big screen. This might not sound like a long wait to some people, but for 007 aficionados, this is one of the longer absences in the series’ history. But according to The Daily Mail, Sony Pictures and producer Barbara Broccoli won’t be making that mistake again as the 24th Bond film is now set to be released in the fall of 2014.

For this next yet-untitled installment, Daniel Craig will once again return as 007, while John Logan, who re-wrote the script for Skyfall, has been brought on to write the screenplay. This is good news for Bond fans as Skyfall is getting absolutely rave reviews at the moment, with some critics claiming it’s even better than Casino Royale.

Skyfall opens on November 9 in the U.S.
