We at Complex are not ones to miss a party, so we didn't hesitate in accepting Capcom's invitation to the Resident Evil 6 launch shindig in LA on Friday. The game's being released on Oct. 2, this Tuesday, but fans, press and other industry types got the chance to play early at the party in LA—and catch some baller performances from Nas and openers David Banner and Miles Mosley.
This party had it all—celebrities walked the red carpet, Resident Evil 6 stations were set up everywhere, and the game's director and executive producer, Eiichiro Sasaki and Hiroyuki Kobayashi, respectively, were even in attendance to hang out with fans and challenge them to a high score competition of RE 6's Mercenaries mode.
Naturally, we were on hand to make sure these events were recorded in photo form. Check out our gallery and try not to get too jealous, and don't forget that Resident Evil 6 is hitting shelves this Tuesday.
