44-year-old David James Lee, who's currently being identified as a transient, has been accused of stealing flowers from a gravestone to give to his girlfriend. Lee was charged with disturbing a gravestone on Sunday after police saw him with three bunches of flowers with fresh soil dangling from the roots.
Lee admitted to ripping them from a tombstone, but says he only did it to give them to his girlfriend. Hopefully, she returned the romantic favor and bailed him out of jail.
