Bladimir Barreto is no Kobe Bryant.
The 19-year-old was injured in Palm Bay, FL while attempting to record a video displaying his athletic ability. Barreto graduated from West Melbourne Christian Academy two years ago, and played for the now-defunct amateur football team, the Brevard Grizzlies. He didn't accomplish his goal—jumping over a car—but he created something that will certainly make him stand out.
Barreto attempts to run and jump over a moving car, and he gets wiped the fuck out. One of his brothers was filming, while another brother drove the car. He was conscious, but bleeding when he was flown to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne. Authorities say he's lucky his injuries weren't worse.
Sounds like he's going to sidelined for a while after this, and maybe permanently.
