First We Feast takes irreverent look at food culture, from cooking with top chefs who bump '90s hip-hop, to exploring the strangely sexual faces food-TV personalities make when eating.
Chris Schonberger, former Associate Food & Drink Editor at Time Out New York, and a man singularly-devoted to consuming every plate of nachos in existence, sits at the head of the table, err, the site. Expect no snobbery, and no played-out food lingo (we see you, "pillowy"). And there will be rappers. Obviously.
