Video game battles are no joke, but never serious enough to make you pull a gun on your best friend. 19-year-old Patrick Cloud and 21-year-old William Litette were playing video games on Saturday morning in Houma, LA, when they got into a dispute. Punches were thrown, and Cloud kicked Lirette in the forehead, lacerating it. Furious, Lirette retrieved his gun. After pointing it at his "best friend," he fired once into the ground.

Police soon arrived and arrested both men. Cloud was charged with second degree battery, and Lirette was charged with illegal use of a weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm. No word on the current state of their friendship.
