This recent trend of studios releasing short previews for upcoming movie trailers online is pretty irritating, honestly, but sometimes they do legitimately serve to get us amped for an impending blockbuster. And that’s exactly the case with Marvel’s latest preview of the trailer for Iron Man 3.
This 17-second clip shows us some quick flashes of Iron Man’s (Robert Downey Jr.) new gold suit, Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) in trouble, and a shot of what looks to be the back of the Mandarin’s (Ben Kingsley) head. There isn’t much to go on here, but this brief taste is more than enough to hold us over until the full trailer is released on Tuesday.
Iron Man 3 will hit theaters on May 3, 2013.
