Blizzard has announced details about extensive clan support that is heading to StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm.
Blizzard dropped the new details over on Battle.net, and the players that are currently in the closed beta are testing out the new features right now.
"Anyone can create or join a Clan, and doing so gives you access to the Clan window. In the Clan window, you’ll find a completely private chat channel, a News tab where Clan affairs can be posted for all members to read, an Info tab where officers can post Clan information, and a Members roster."
Blizzard went on to say that this was the first step towards a “larger social system” that will be introduced to StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm. Let us know what you think of the new clan announcements on Twitter.
