Amanda Bynes Is Free From Jail For Another Month

The former Nickelodeon star gets a court extension.

Amanda Bynes has another month before she'll be booked on two hit and run cases. The former Nickelodeon star was due to appear in court on Oct. 19 but her attorney went in early and was granted a continuance, instead. She was originally set to be booked next week but will now appear in court sometime in November.

What's Bynes doing with all this free time? Well, she has retired from acting and her Twitter feed has been pretty quiet—as in, all of her tweets have been deleted.

''Amanda is in New York City right now and she is trying to launch her fashion career," a source told Radar Online. "Amanda will absolutely turn herself in to be fingerprinted and mug shot taken when required to do so. Amanda doesn't have a valid driver's license right now and is off the roads, so she doesn't pose a threat to anyone.''

The Easy A actress has pleaded not guilty to the hit and run cases. However, Bynes faces a total of five criminal charges, including driving under the influence, two separate hit and run accidents and two counts of driving on a suspended license.

Plus, she's been dropped by her agent, publicist and entertainment lawyer because she's been MIA for quite a bit.
