Alicia Keys is currently in talks to purchase Eddie Murphy'sEnglewood, NJ mansion for $12 million. A local real estate agent says that the closing of the deal has been delayed for months, but the sale is almost complete. This agent also says that Keys will purchase the two-acre lot behind the house as well. The five-acre brick mansion, named Bubble Hill, was placed on the market seven years ago for $30 million.

The estate features a bowling alley, indoor pool, marble fireplaces, and a private recording studio. It also sports a spa and multiple hair and makeup stations. Back in March, Keys put the 16-room loft that she purchased from Lenny Kravitz on the market for just under $18 million to move forward with the purchase of Murphy's home.
