Manning's been charged with misdemeanor assault for basically beating up her personal assistant at the Dream Downtown Hotel in NYC early yesterday (Oct. 11) morning. Sources close to the police say that around five in the morning the 33-year-old punched, kicked and grabbed her assistant by the throat.
Crazy.
