It may seem like it’s been apart of our lives forever, but Facebook’s “Like” button has only been around for two years. First introduced at Facebook’s F8 developer’s conference, the “like” button has become a nearly ubiquitous symbol on the Internet. Within its first month of existence over 100,000 websites installed a “Like” button. Even with those numbers, it’s still remarkable to learn that in those two years “Like” buttons have been hit over 1.13 trillion times. Crazy.
