When Justin Dain Palmer was driving through Bellingham, WA, he passed a pregnant woman smoking a cigarette. Palmer, clearly disturbed by the soon-to-be-mother endangering the welfare of her child, stopped and yelled out of his window: "Who the heck smokes when they're pregnant?" The woman replied, "I do."
Palmer then allegedly decided that the woman needed the world's most aggressive D.A.R.E. lesson, and pulled a gun on her—because when you want to teach someone about responsibility, you do it by waving a gun at them. When police arrived, Palmer stated that he hadn't pulled a gun on the woman, but two semi-automatic .45 caliber handguns were found in his car.
