A 26-year-old Turkish woman exacted grisly revenge on the man who raped her by shooting him at least 10 times (mostly in the genitals), stabbing him, cutting his head off, and flinging it into the village square. The woman, who is pregnant as a result of the rape, offered this explanation to police: "That is the head of one who toyed with my honor." How's that for bone-chillingly honest? What can police say to that?
The rapist reportedly tortured the woman, threatening to send nude photos of her to her parents. Abortions in Turkey are illegal past 10 weeks, but the five-months-pregnant woman says she's "willing to die" as long as she can get an abortion first. The woman says her actions were triggered by the man's threats to tell everyone that he raped her, thus ruining the honor of her and her children.
