Freebird Games' heartfelt indie visual novel To The Moon has finally been released on Steam. we recommend To The Moon for anyone who enjoys a good story, though the relatively light gameplay elements may leave some wanting a more meaty experience.
Nevertheless, being on Steam means To The Moon will get a lot more exposure, not to mention achievements and all the other features that come along with Valve's digital storefront. Including discounts, of course—the game is currently 20 percent off, at $7.99 down from $9.99, until Sept. 14.
To The Moon concerns a dying man who hires two scientists to hook him up to a machine that lets him relive his life in dreams, so he can make up for all the things he regrets. It's slightly morbid, but mostly gorgeous.
