44-year-old Tracy McDonald, a convicted sex offender, was arrested for masturbating in park in Seattle, WA last month. After being caught with his pants down, McDonald tried to explain to police that he just wanted "some sun." Most cops know bullshit when they hear it, and the fact that there was no sun in sight didn't help McDonald's case.
It's been reported that he was flashing a 23-year-old woman, which is unsurprising given his track record of letting it all hang out in public. In addition to his two convictions for felony indecent exposure, McDonald also has three misdemeanor convictions. Add this latest charge to the mix and now he has balanced resume of felonies and misdemeanors.
