Michael Turley was arrested after staging a mock terrorist act with his 16-year-old nephew. Turley dressed the boy up in a sheet, handed him a fake rocket launcher and filmed him as he pointed it at passing vehicles in Phoenix. In the film, Turley said that he wanted to check how soon police would respond to an event like that. Apparently, it only took three minutes.
