After raping, beating, and choking a woman, a man in Philadelphia reportedly told his victim "Ha-ha, I just gave you HIV." Police released surveillance footage of the August 29 attack, where the man allegedly pushed a 24-year-old woman into an alley after punching her repeatedly. She had just dropped her friend off at a bus stop and was returning home.
Police say the victim suffered severe facial injuries as a result of the brutal attack, almost to the point of being unrecognizable. The assailant then choked her until she lost consciousness. According to NBC10, the woman was tested for HIV, but the results have not been released.
