38-year-old Jose Luis Alderete is being punished for his ingenuity—and perversion. Alderete allegedly taped a cell phone to his shoe, then used it to take upskirt videos of women at Los Angeles area stores. His plot was thwarted when one of the women's husbands noticed he that Alderete was capturing footage of his wife at a Target in Fontana. He chased Alderete down and tackled him in a parking lot, where Aldertete was later arrested.
Police soon discovered that Alerete had additional footage of women at other stores in the area.
