Food push-backs can be just as disappointing as album push-backs. McDonald's has decided not to drop its McRib sandwich—only released once a year—until December. The sandwich typically runs from the end of October to about the middle of November, but Ad Age is reporting it will now be available somewhere near "the latter half of December."

Despite the decision, McDonald's hopes that the sandwich helps their December 2012 equal last Decemeber's numbers, which were significant.
