Mid-block between 6th Avenue and Broadway is the smallest building to be called anything so grand as the “World’s Tower Building.” Located at 110 West 40th Street, this 25-story structure is only 50 feet wide. However, one feature makes the building rather striking: the fine Terra Cotta detailing adorning all four of the exterior faces.
