Is Lady Gaga getting married? Not quite, but that didn't stop her from dressing like she was attending one when she partied at the Arts Club in Mayfair, London, last night (Sept. 9). In a low-cut corset she let much of her cleavage exposed. Maybe she was trying to impress others in attendance, like Jay-Z and Rihanna, who were also on hand. Sadly, they seemed unimpressed.
